Terms of service

Effective from: July 17, 2026. The Polish version prevails in case of discrepancies.

§1. General provisions

1. The Runnin app (mobile and web) and the runnin.app website are operated by:

2. These terms govern free-of-charge use of the app.

§2. Scope of services

1. The app provides free calculation tools for runners, including: a pace calculator, treadmill converter, interval calculator, split tables, pacing plans, race predictions, VO₂max estimation and heart rate zones.

2. Using the app requires no registration, no account and no personal data.

3. The app links to external social media profiles of third parties ("Recommended influencers"). The Provider is not responsible for content published there and is not affiliated with those persons unless stated otherwise.

§3. Technical requirements

You need an iOS or Android device, or a web browser with JavaScript. The app runs locally on your device.

§4. Informational nature of calculations

1. All calculation results (including race predictions, estimated VO₂max, heart rate zones and pacing plans) are informational and educational only. They rely on general formulas (Riegel, Daniels-Gilbert, Karvonen, ACSM) that do not account for your individual health.

2. These results are not medical advice or diagnostics. Consult a doctor or qualified coach before starting or significantly changing training - especially heart-rate-based training.

§5. Liability

1. The app is provided "as is". The Provider strives for correct calculations but does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including training decisions based on its results. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

§6. Intellectual property

The app, its name, interface and content (except third-party marks and content) are the property of the Provider and are legally protected. Personal use of the app is permitted and free.

§7. Complaints and contact

Report issues and complaints to contact@runnin.app. We respond within 14 days.

§8. Final provisions

1. The Provider may amend these terms (e.g. when features change); the current version with its effective date is always available at runnin.app/terms-en.html.

2. Polish law applies to matters not covered here.

3. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and browser storage is described in the Cookies policy.
